These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EspositoLabs website and any software products purchased through it, including MasterAssets. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

When you purchase a product from EspositoLabs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or commercial projects, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the product itself is not permitted without prior written permission.

2. Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. EspositoLabs does not store your payment card details.

3. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

4. Updates & Support

Products may receive updates at EspositoLabs' discretion. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email.

5. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EspositoLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
