Refund Policy

Because EspositoLabs products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy.

1. Eligibility

If MasterAssets doesn't work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a resolution, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email lucasposito.studio@gmail.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a brief description of the issue.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated requests from the same customer.
