We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked 14-day refund on MasterAssets license purchases.

1. Our Refund Window

If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, we will refund the full purchase price. No reason is required, and no conditions are attached.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@espositolabs.com or use our Contact page with your order number (from your Paddle receipt). We aim to process eligible requests within 2 business days.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and may no longer be used. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Digital Content & Your Right of Withdrawal

MasterAssets is digital content - a license key and download access - delivered immediately upon purchase, rather than a physical good. Under UK and EU consumer law, digital content delivered immediately with your consent is generally exempt from the standard statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts. The 14-day refund window described above is offered voluntarily by us in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights, and nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

5. Fair Use

This policy is intended for genuine refund requests. We may decline requests that show clear signs of bad faith, such as repeated refund-then-repurchase cycles by the same customer intended to obtain extended free use of the software.
