This Privacy Policy explains what information EspositoLabs collects when you visit this website or purchase a product, and how that information is used.

1. Data Controller

EspositoLabs is the trading name of Lucas Esposito, a sole trader based in Leeds, United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us at support@espositolabs.com or via our Contact page.

2. Information We Collect

This website itself does not directly collect personal data beyond standard web server logs. When you make a purchase, checkout is handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record, which collects your name, email, and payment details in order to process the transaction and deliver your product.

3. MasterAssets Desktop Application

A licensed (paid-tier) install of MasterAssets, our desktop application, periodically sends its licence key, a randomly-generated machine ID, and your computer's name (e.g. "DESKTOP-AB1234") to our servers - at most once per day, and only while the licence is active. This is used solely to show you which machines your licence is currently active on, on your subscription management page. It never blocks the application from running: if this request fails or cannot reach our servers for any reason, MasterAssets works exactly as it would otherwise. No other information about your device (hardware identifiers or other system information) is collected. The free tier never contacts our servers for this purpose.

4. How Information Is Used

Purchase information is used to deliver your product, provide customer support, and send order-related communication (such as receipts or update notifications). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments and order data are processed by Paddle. Their handling of your data is governed by the Paddle Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies required for processing payments.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
